Terms and conditions

VKP Dream Vacations

A covenant of trust between traveller and curator.


This Travel Services Agreement is entered into between VKP Dream Vacations, Chennai, India (the “Company”) and the Client (the “Customer”). By confirming a booking with us, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.

  1. 01

    Scope of Services

    VKP Dream Vacations acts solely as a travel planner and facilitator, arranging flights, accommodations, visas, transfers, sightseeing, and tour packages through airlines, hotels, and third-party tour operators in India and abroad.

  2. 02

    Role as an Intermediary

    The Company operates as an intermediary between the Customer and third-party service providers. The Company shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, delays, or deficiencies in services provided by airlines, hotels, transport agencies, or tour operators.

    Third-Party Liability Disclaimer

    The Company is not responsible for: flight cancellations or rescheduling; overbooking, service deficiencies, or delay by hotels; changes in itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances; loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.

    Booking and Payment Terms

    All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and government regulations. The Customer agrees to pay any additional charges arising from such changes.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Cancellation charges will be applicable as per airline, hotel, and tour operator policies. Service charges and booking fees paid to VKP Dream Vacations are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, will be processed only after receipt from third-party providers and may take up to 60 business days.

  6. 06

    Travel Documentation and Compliance

    The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, insurance, permits, and vaccination certificates. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

  7. 07

    Travel Insurance

    Customers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. The Company shall not be responsible for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss of baggage, or personal accidents.

  8. 08

    Force Majeure

    The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, war, terrorism, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of God. No compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.

  9. 09

    Changes to Itinerary

    The Company reserves the right to alter travel plans due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Alternate arrangements of similar standard will be provided where possible, and any additional costs shall be borne by the Customer.

  10. 10

    Limitation of Liability

    The total liability of the Company, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the service fee charged by the Company. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, time, or enjoyment.

  11. 11

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

  12. 12

    Acceptance of Terms

    By making a booking or payment, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
