VKP Dream Vacations uses personal data to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage travel services, process payments, support travellers, meet legal and immigration requirements, and improve customer service. VKP Dream Vacations processes personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law. Where additional privacy laws apply because of the location of a traveller or the nature of our services, we will comply with those requirements to the extent legally applicable.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal will not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal, but it may prevent us or our suppliers from providing services that require the relevant information.

5. Sensitive and Travel-Critical Information

Passport details, financial information, health information and accessibility requirements require enhanced protection. We seek to collect such information only where reasonably necessary, explain why it is required, restrict access to authorised personnel, share it only with relevant suppliers or authorities, apply appropriate security controls, and retain it only for the period reasonably necessary.
